My Cross Stitch Collection

 

This is my one and only cross stitch collection. I'll guarantee there's more to come.

I make this cross stitch to someone special (hoho..my boyfriend). 

Just so you know, It took me three weeks to complete this cross stitch pattern. 

and a lot of patience and determination to complete this. 

But the result is worth-ed. (hehe)

He  really loved it and he hang it on the middle mirror of his car so that he can see it everyday.

How to promote your art design and make money

 

How to promote your art design design and make money?  Here some ideas you can use for:

1. Customers : You have to target who you want to sell your art design with, mostly my customers are students age 10 to 18. 

2. Prices: Try to make your bookmark much cheaper to attract more attention to the children to buy and at the same time profitable for you.

3. Promotion: It is important that you shows your art design to your nieces, cousins, your child and etc.(that are still schooling) to make them like your art design. Then ask them to help you in distribution of the order list to their friends at school. 

4. Payment: make them ordered your bookmark and pay it on that day. After they ordered and make payments, then you can start to design their bookmark according to the order list.

5. Make your order list as simple as you can but attractive and easy to understand.

6. Shows your sample design attached with the order list to your customers (to make them know the actual size of your bookmark).

How to make simple Handmade Bookmark

 

How to make simple handmade bookmark?? Here some tips and tutorial to make your own handmade bookmark. This is one of my art design which i will show it to you on how to do this bookmark.

 and believe me, it is much more cheaper to do this then you thought .

Materials: Scissors (if you have paper cutter much more better), colour paper, glue (I'm using UHU brand glue), double tapes, black maker pen and PVA glue

2. Firstly, cut the colour paper into each pieces (as diagram below), to make the windows, you have to draw it first, then you cut it into places.

 

3. To make the strawberry shape, draw the shape of the strawberry first (oval shape) and cut it using your scissors. Then cut the leaves of the strawberry (the green one), then glue it and put it together into places (as diagram below)

 

4. After that, when you get all things done, put it all together by using glue and double tape it into places (as diagram below)

 

5. So, after you put it all into places, your bookmark should be like this, and use your own hand writing to write SWEET using maker pen and glue it at the above of your bookmark (as diagram below).

 

6. Cut the leaves and put it into places as diagram below.

 

7. Lastly, Use PVA glue to make the bookmark much more resistant and it will look glossy after you dried it.

Sorry, my tutorial descriptions is not very good, i mean my writing skills... hahaha.. hope you can understand... Hehehe...

Okay, This one is also my handmade art design (My bookmark Collections). 

Size: 10cm x 2cm

Price: RM 1.00 per bookmark.

The best part of this bookmark is you can put your own name at the back of this bookmark, what i mean is, i can design it for you what you want to put there in your bookmark. Maximum 10 characters. RM 0.10 per character.

This is some of my ideas that i can share it for you all. Try to make your bookmark as unique as possible. What i mean is, try to make it different from others art bookmark designer that you can see in others sources.

For this moment, I'm not intend to sell any of this bookmark on the internet. I just want to share with you all on ideas on how to make simple bookmark on your own and make benefit of it such as making more money.

Sometimes it is fun to make something you like and making benefits of it such as making money.

Size: 7cm x 2.5cm

Price: RM 0.50 per bookmark.

This is my very own art collection... this one is totally handmade by me. Just so you know, this bookmark already been ordered by three schools in Sabah. By doing this bookmark, I can get more profit. 

This is some of my ideas you can do during your weekends or holidays which will make benefit for you. All you need is creative minds and ideas.... hehehe

Anyway, i will show you one of the example on how to make this bookmark (in the next post), and also how you want to promote it to your friends or others children...

To be honest, I'm not a professional in making art design, it may not be so perfect as you thought it be... but you can always make your arts design tidy and try to make it simple as you can. 

And you can always ask your friends or your siblings on your art design whether its profitable or not.

Hi there people!

Okay, maybe some of you may not know or already know that this is my 3^rd blog already (hahah... I know it’s too much right?) ... Well, the main reason why I created this 3^rd blog is because I NEED IT!! (why?? Wrong meh?)

THE BEST THINGS is a blog where you can find new ideas for your creative handmade art design (made by me) or art design that is inspired by others sources. This blog also is the place that I can share my stories, emotions, opinions, memories and etc. I know each of us has different story in our life... It depends whether you want to share it or not....Am I right??

Just so you know, the language I use for this blog are all in English language, the main reason is I want to improvise my English writing skills (hoho... honestly, I’m not good at writing in English nor speak in English, so this is one of my alternative way to improvise my English language, hope readers can correct me if my English writing is hardly UN-understandable, please do correct me if I’m wrong. Okay? ^^)
